I have been trying to get a copy of my CPE’s that were earned at the “Olando” IRS Nationwide Tax Forum held July 27, 2010.

I would appreciate your help or where I would go to get them.

I attended the NYC Forum and my CPE certifucate was on line,however my system crashed due to a pawer failure,before I could save or print the document.
Therefore I hareby request that the document is re issued to me.

for IRS. I am unable to attend the Forum in
