The cut off date for this event is July 26,2010. In order to book your room call 1-800-772-8257. Mention the Nationwide IRS Tax Forum for a conference rate of $147.00 for a single room. This rate is only good through the cutoff of July 26, 2010 or when the block of rooms fill up for the conference. Please be aware that this is a popular conference and rooms will book fast. The earlier you book your room the better chance you will have of getting this discounted rate.
When you make your reservation a charge for the first night will be charged to your credit card. This is standard procedure. In order to cancel and receive a refund, you must be sure to cancel at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date.
Airport Transportation
Cloud 9 Super Shuttle offers a shuttle to and from the airport from this location. The fee is $11 per person, each way. The trip is approximately 15 minutes ride time. This is a safe and efficient way to the airport.
Parking
Hotel parking is $14 a day with unlimited access to your vehicle. Currently, no valet services are available.
