Schedule At A Glance For The Government Nationwide Tax Forum 2010


The government is holding its Nationwide Tax Forum over a period of 2½ months between June 22nd, 2010 and September 2nd in six cities across America. The forum begins in Atlanta between June 22nd and 24th, then to Chicago between July 13th and 16th.




Next, the convention moves to Orlando between July 27th and 29th, New York City August 10th to 12th, Las Vegas August 24th to 26th and finally San Diego August 31st to September 2nd. Each leg of this conference shall comprise of three days of seminars with one additional day allocated for registration.

Registration

Registration for the event can be done online, by fax or by mailing your application to the IRA Nationwide Tax Forum mailing address. It is recommendable to register early, and pay the discounted $206 fee as late registration or on site registration will cost the full amount of $335.

Forums

The division of each day of the conference will be into a number of different forums. The Case Resolution room shall be available on all three days; 8:00am to 5:00pm on the first two days and 8:00am to noon on the last day. It shall deal with resolving the toughest tax case you may be facing.

e-government

The e-government area shall be open from 7:30am to 5:30pm on day one and two and be available till 2:00pm on the last day. This shall deal with extrapolating the benefits of e-services.

CPE And CFP Credits

Each day shall have slots for seminars. At the seminars, find out the most current issues in the world of tax from top government officials and industry leaders. Here, you will also have an opportunity to earn extra CPE and CFP credits. Day one will have a keynote address from 10:20am to 11:10am.

The Nationwide Tax Forum Expo shall officially open on day one at 11:15am and go on till 6:00pm. On day two, the NTF Expo will begin at 10:00am and officially close with a networking reception from 4:15pm to 5:30pm.
